Looking after your health in midlife

Being aware of the changes to our bodies and having regular health checks is a positive way of helping ourselves to control the way we cope with each of those changes as they occur.

Quite often our bodies offer warning signs of potential medical conditions and it is up to us to observe these and take action if we want to stay healthy and active in midlife.
