I specialise in working with women in their late 30's, 40's, 50's and 60's helping women find new ways to tackle old problems.
I work with my clients through structured sessions, with tools and skills individually adapted to each client's needs, progressing one step at a time, giving support, feedback and regular reviews plus help and encouragement to make the changes they desire.
