I'm a fifties kid with a working class background. A Yorkshire lass with a vision. A personal development coach, who believes life is what you make it.
I have lived and worked in Yorkshire all my life (though I do travel beyond the borders occasionally). I was working as a researcher for Granada Media (Yorkshire TV) and Boots on the digital health channel Wellbeing, looking at midlife women’s health issues, when the idea of personal development coaching was first conceived. Now it’s a reality and I have my own practice.
I am married with two grown up daughters and have a long (arduous) history of coping with symptoms of the menopause and with the changes midlife brings. Generally speaking, I love life; I’m an optimist and love nothing more than being absorbed in my work.
I have an Oxford Diploma in Life Coaching after many years of studying personal development and I currently run my practice focusing on midlife women. I regularly publish articles in the magazine as I continuously seek to improve and update my professional knowledge and skills.
I take a fresh and practical approach to coaching and care deeply about seeing my clients succeed. I conduct myself in a friendly professional manner, respecting confidentiality, acting with integrity and honouring commitments.
Thank you for visiting my site, I hope you find it helpful.
